Pkluak Terms & Conditions — Full User Policy

01 Introduction & Acceptance

Pkluak is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pkluak and each user of the platform.

By using pkluak's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. This document may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Registration

To use pkluak's services, you must register a personal account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. pkluak reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time and forfeit any funds held in that account.

• Each individual may hold only one account
• If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person
• Pkluak may request additional identity verification (KYC) at any time

A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be required for KYC verification. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

03 Age Requirement & Eligibility

The minimum age to use pkluak is 18. If a user under 18 is found to have accessed pkluak and this is subsequently confirmed, their account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Pkluak is committed to protecting minors through a range of dedicated tools. Documents may be requested to verify the age of any account deemed suspicious.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Pkluak supports all popular mobile banking services and bank transfers available in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

• All deposits are credited to your account instantly
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal
• Withdrawals are preferred via the same method used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

05 Betting Rules

Pkluak offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a range of other gaming products. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are clearly stated in the relevant section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Pkluak reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error
• Special rules apply to bets placed on matches that are abandoned or postponed
• Placing conflicting bets on the same match may result in cancellation
• The cash-out feature is not available for all bets or at all times

Pkluak reserves the right to limit any bet or set a maximum payout amount. Unusually large bets may be accepted subject to verification.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Pkluak regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus policy is as follows:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per person
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being awarded and will expire at the end of that period
• Casino bonuses and Sports bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkluak. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Betting linked to match-fixing or manipulation
• Using software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Using pkluak to conduct money laundering or process illegal funds
• Operating multiple accounts, whether for yourself or on behalf of others
• Abusing or threatening pkluak staff
• Using stolen payment information

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Pkluak reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. This may occur for reasons including but not limited to the following:

• Terms Violation
• Failure to complete document verification
• Suspicious financial activity
• Access from restricted regions

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team, who will complete the process. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded.

09 Responsible Gaming

Pkluak believes entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. A range of responsible gaming tools are built into the platform and remain active at all times, giving users full control over their own experience.

• Deposit Limits (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Loss Limit — automatically stops activity once losses reach a set amount
• Session Time Limits — receive alerts when your set time is reached
• Cooling-Off Period — take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months
• Self-Exclusion — permanently opt out of gaming on the platform

10 Limitation of Liability

Pkluak is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, pkluak will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions
• Delays caused by issues with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives)

Pkluak's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount of the user's account balance at the time of the relevant incident.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
